Yap Yin will always suprise you with its new dishes. The owner recommends Snakehead Stemboat, where the soup is braised with snakehead bones for a few hours until it becomes milky white. Simply scald the snakehead slices in the soup for a few seconds and eat it immediately to enjoy its fresh and fragrant taste like milk. The otak-otak Bean Curd, deep-fried with salted egg, has a crispy flavour.
